Reservation and confirmation can be made only after receipt of 100% advance payment.
   
Terms and conditions:
Guest must carry one photo ID proof, passport & visa photo copy and employee ID copy during check in.
The tariff is inclusive of the complimentary services mentioned above
Check in / Check out time – 10am.
Tax is extra and is subject to change according to government policy.
Guest shall be responsible and liable for any damage/ breakage to the appliances, furniture and other amenities at the apartment or in person.
Tariff quoted are valid till 31st March 09.
   
Cancellation/ Refund Policy:
All no shows will be charged at full retention.
For early check out minimum 72 hours notice must be given or else two night retention shall be charged.
Booking cancelled within the last 72 hrs from the date of arrival will carry 100 % retention charges.
Booking cancelled before 3 days from the date of arrival will carry 50 % retention Charges.
Booking cancelled before 10 days from the date of arrival will carry 20% Retention charges.
Booking Cancellation notice must be given via email to auraexecutivehome@gmail.com
